End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and [ENTITY NAME] and governs your use of the ProClimber Simulator software client, including the browser build, the desktop (Tauri) build, and any future platform builds. It supplements, and does not replace, the Terms of Service.
1. License grant
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Game client for your own non-commercial entertainment use.
2. Ownership
The Game, including its code, art, audio, and design, is owned by [ENTITY NAME] or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not sell or transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the client, except where a future official mod SDK permits it under its own terms.
- Use bots, macros, or automation to play on your behalf, or otherwise interact with the Game outside normal client use.
- Circumvent the server-authoritative economy, matchmaking, or anti-cheat systems.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the client or your account.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. User-generated content and mods
A future mod SDK will ship its own license terms covering what modders may build and distribute, and what rights we and other players have to use mod content. Until then, no third-party modification of the client is authorized.
5. Purchases and virtual currency
Tops & Clips (Ŧ) is a limited, revocable license to use virtual currency within the Game. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and is not property. Purchases are subject to the caps and refund terms in the Terms of Service. We may adjust, rebalance, or (on Game discontinuation) retire virtual currency and items; where required by law, we will honor applicable refund rights first.
6. Term and termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate its terms, or when you uninstall the client and stop using the Game. We may also discontinue the Game or a specific build with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game client is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, [ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the client. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
9. Rating and content
The Game is rated PEGI 12 / ESRB Teen. It contains mild fictional danger and stylized injury depiction (no graphic violence, no gore). It is your responsibility to respect the age rating when deciding who plays.
